Cheers, everyone! When my inner voice tells me one thing but self-doubt instantly jumps in to second-guess it, I end up feeling confused and stuck. How do you guys know when to trust your gut and not let those doubting thoughts take over?

I get that tug-of-war in your head. For me, I look at where the thought lives in my body. If it shows up as tension in my chest or stomach, it is usually doubt talking. Gut instincts tend to show up quieter, deeper, more grounded. I try stepping away from the noise—physically change spots, even just a walk outside—so I can hear what sticks. Doubt yells, intuition kind of whispers. If my idea feels steady after a break, I give it more weight.
Think of your gut feeling as data, just like any other input. When doubt pops up, pause and ask: Is there real evidence for this worry, or is it just noise? Let facts anchor your decision instead of uncertainty.
