If something unexpected hits, I ask, What can I learn here that will save me time or stress next round? Putting problems in context makes them less overwhelming. Also, micro-pauses help. Before reacting, take a breath, realize this issue might not even matter next week, and focus on what you still control. Consistent reflection lets you see challenges as stepping stones, not roadblocks.

When unexpected challenges arise, I find it beneficial to pause and name the feeling or thought I am experiencing.
