Hey community! When I know what I need to do but fear is holding me back, what effective strategies have you used to move forward and take action despite that fear?

When fear used to stop me, I found it valuable to pause, get very clear on my desired outcome, close my eyes, and visualize myself acting confidently. It let me move forward as if the fear was no longer mine.
