Howdy, has anyone here figured out how to accept the parts of themselves they don’t always like? I mean, the side that’s messy, insecure, or just not what you want it to be—how do you deal with that and still feel good about yourself?
I treat my flaws like coworkers: I acknowledge them, learn from them, and remember they dont define me.
Look at those parts like you would an old tool: maybe they are clunky, but they helped you survive. Notice them, drop the self-judgment, and get curious about what they want. No need to fix, just understand.
